As I teach mathematics to students, I remind them that the destination is just as important as the journey. One of my favorite things about math is the infinite ways a problem can be solved. I believe teachers have the responsibility to empower students with the necessary tools to tackle complex subjects such that they can hone their critical thinking and embrace the scientific method. My goal is to create a space where students feel confident to experiment with new concepts and challenge their assumptions. Outside of teaching and testing limits with math, you can find me challenging my physical limits through yoga and running. I also enjoy connecting with my community through attending local Cleveland music events and sharing food with friends and family.
